Adam Kane Architects

Having that creative side and being able to create beautiful things has always been of interest to me.

Adam Kane Architects is a Melbourne-based architecture and interior design studio founded by founder Adam Kane in 2015. The studio focuses on providing personalized high-end residential projects and is committed to tailoring the space to each client's unique needs and aspirations. In the successful implementation of each project, the integration of the overall approach is essential to ensure consistency between the building, the interior and the landscape.

Founder Adam Kane graduated with a master's degree in architecture from Deakin University in Australia in 2005. He is good at drawing inspiration from the natural environment, making full use of his deep understanding of space, and exploring the consistency of the whole interior and exterior.

The studio's approach to design is holistic, with a "strong focus on sustainability". As Adam Kane puts it, "They often tend to take a 'less is more' approach and leave out unnecessary details." They choose restraint in the application of delicate finishes, where the studio is an expert in layered beautiful materials and minimalist interiors.

    • Walnut House

Adam Kane imagined the house as an idyllic living space away from the bustle of the city, and the resulting house, through all its compositional forms, is designed with deliberate restraint and reflects a deeply rooted sense of calm.
    • Brunswick House

In Brunswick House, Adam Kane Architects has revisited the fundamental principle of lightness, but with a twist. In addition to creating a home filled with natural light, pastel tones were also used to emphasize its lightness and ventilation.
