Innovation in the design of Appodeal office space has moved beyond Silicon Valley thanks to the excellence of design by Belarusian interior design practice Studio Studio11. Employees of Appodeal, a high-tech startup that works with mobile app publishers, enjoy ping-pong tables, massage rooms and rooftop terraces in their new offices in Minsk, Belarus. In modern times, the workplace is being reshaped, thanks to giants like Google and Apple that have transformed the traditional workplace.

At the Appodeal front desk, its sign is in the form of neon, shining against a dark blue tile background with a bright red surface that creates an unforgettable juxtaposition. Bright yellow cabinets and polished stainless steel counters complement each other on the same level. Peppermint and turquoise dominate the ground floor, with blue accents in the middle of the sitting area, while yellow, mint and teal were once again used on the second floor.

The office occupies the entire Minsk center building, with three floors of open-plan work Spaces made up of coffee spots, lounge areas and meeting rooms. On the ground floor, there are shared kitchens or basements for relaxation, informal meetings and even massages; Rooftop balconies can be used to relax and enjoy panoramic views of the city as well as the winding river.

What sets these offices apart from traditional types is Studio11's bold interior design, which relies on strong color planning, complete graphics and contrasting materials to create a work environment that is both stimulating and enjoyable. Taking color as an example, bold geometric lines are used to distinguish different areas and functions, including flooring, furniture and even wind pipes, cables and fittings. Vibrant colors, imaginative design, and graphics created on a THREE-DIMENSIONAL canvas have been described as Mondrian-esque.
