In Playa Blanca, Zihuatanejo, stands by the sea Casa Lyons: designed as a serene holiday retreat in an exceptional location in Mexico and the world.The project is conceived around a pergolated central axis that acts as a conductor and distributes the program, articulating lightly and naturally each of the spaces in the house.

The pergola of tropical wood presents a route framed by the exceptional view of the sea and unfolds through gardens, squares, sculptures and bedrooms, where everything appears and disappears subtly. At the same time, a beautiful game of shadows that is mutating with light serves as a guide.

The concrete walls mixed with red tepetate evoke the typical tonalities of the region and merge with the glorious sunsets. Thus, the interior and exterior spaces are integrated in an organic way establishing a delicate harmony.

The house has four bedrooms: three bedrooms, one of them main and one studio. In addition to a viewpoint that encourages the emergence of new perspectives and a fabulous pool that enjoys a privileged view of the ocean. The bathrooms, with an interior garden, are open and accentuate the feeling of freedom and openness that the residence provides.
