Nanchang Jiangling Xinli Bocui Central Sales Center

       In the process of city, the contradiction between noise and tranquility converges, inspiring people's desire for a space that can eliminate the boundary of perception. The derived new scene expands the space boundary by using paper as the medium, which can guide people's perception, imagination and emotional experience, read the time quietly, and poetically inhabit the earth.
       Returning to this land, Jiangxi paper culture has been accumulated for thousands of years. Up to now, in the concrete and subtle life, it inherits its values in a unique way. The Nanchang Jiangling Xinli Bocui Central Project will be located here, which will combine the paper culture heritage and the beauty of modern art. Through a series of scenes, the cultural and artistic exploration of the space will be carried out, and the spiritual link between the city and the human settlement will be constructed.
       To this end, the designer to "a paper reading time" as the design context, clever material for different processing, to simplify the texture and present different effects. It is hoped that in addition to its commercial functions, it will also build a platform for cultural exchanges, bring Nanchang a new form of residential life and realize the vision of building a better life together.
       Lewis Mumford once said that the symbol of a city is its purposeful and rich social structure. Reviewing paper culture, absorbing the background of "paper is wood, and wood becomes forest" as the place nutrients, adding oblique and balanced art installation presentation, thus forming the theme correlation between regions and giving viewers a subjective feeling of the energy of the new scene.
       Stepping into the reception hall, the quiet and elegant space creates a free and comfortable atmosphere. The woodiness material of smallpox joins the form to be like hillside, gather the stone material of hardiness, neat line is engraved into a text.
       From the rhythmic movement of light and shadow to the patterning pattern, paper elements collide like fresh cells, showing strong vitality, gathering energy and texture to transform into new forms.
       Smallpox was extended on the basis of original building "spine" modelling, let scholarly air arise spontaneously. Large areas of floor-to-ceiling glass curtain wall on both sides make the outdoor and indoor light interweave according to the changes of the sun and the moon, and the light and shadow dance wantonly.
       In order to echo the restrained and modest temperament of "paper", the encircle combination furniture of warm color is selected in the negotiation area, and the above model area is separated by space for dialogue. The whole space in the concise escape leisurely atmosphere, create a comfortable interactive atmosphere.
       Paper stands out because of its plasticity and becomes a key material for design exploration and innovation. Here, in the high and open space, the designer uses Japanese special "and paper" material to construct the concept of paper net, forming a screen that combines the virtual and the real and stands behind the water bar area. The screen goes into the painting with the shadow and creates a subtle reaction between light and shadow.
       Walking moves, one scene at a time. Corridor with transparent glass curtain wall lie between and not lie between, bound and not bound. While watching the gurgling water outside, I can see the art bonsai in the corner of the makeup point, speaking softly of the sense of tranquility and distance in the space.
       With paper as the medium, in the warm and moist world to present the poetic art of living. Continuing this concept, the designer forms the design idea of a new retail bookstore in the back space, providing visitors with a new shared lifestyle.
       The reading environment is greatly integrated with the theme of art and humanities, and the scene concept is to copy the book bar of a paper artist. To collect more than ten thousand books, covering literature and art, film and television photography, life and leisure, and children's books and other categories, and in the bookshelf everywhere with leisure tables and chairs, so that owners slowly walk in the world of books, to give themselves some quiet time.
       In order to enhance the sense of reading light and shadow, the designer has a large area in each step can be seen through the window, the rich flow of green, with paper art soft decoration, for the neat book bar to bring interest.
       In the whole space, the open and smooth design line fully considers the orderliness of the opening and closing of the space from the form, creating a relaxed and comfortable reading environment, wandering in it, motled streamers, leisurely beauty of quiet reading time.
       Objects such as books, films and works of art are placed in specific areas, seemingly random but intrinsically, to evoke a resonant gesture that permeates the pursuit of quality life. The change of space is evidence of the development of the city. Looking back on this case, the designer starts from advocating community symbiosis, constructs scene experience with the mode of "reading time on paper", and combines modern art exploration to construct a multi-functional art space integrating function and aesthetic life for the city.
