Sapiens, a gourmet restaurant on Pushechnaya Street in Moscow, Russia, was designed by local designer Anastasia Kasparyan with the idea of companionship, where people can go at any time.

Designer Anastasia Kasparyan's design goal was to create a bright, memorable interior space that would reinforce the name Sapiens, which means "smart people" for whom communication is important. The space should give guests the opportunity to talk peacefully with each other and make new friends.

The Sapiens restaurant is divided into two areas. In the first area a guest table connected to the bar is placed. The white brick walls, in contrast to the geometric floor pattern and the vivid mural on the ceiling, make the interior bright and clean. The highlight of Sapiens is the emphasis on the name of the venue through ironic artwork: five figures adorn the walls along the staircase to the second room, showing the development of the human race.
