The apartment is located in one of the most beautiful suburbs of Athens, Filothei. These are the top two floors of a modern apartment building by a well-known architect. The design by the interior design studio Stones and Walls is oriented towards the creation of a modern but at the same time fresh space to reflect the young age of the owner and his lifestyle .

The spaces are formed on two levels , which are joined together by an internal staircase. On the first level are the living room with the dining room and the kitchen as well as the master bedroom , while on the second , the office with a small living room that comes in direct contact with the pool.In all spaces, the minimal aesthetic dominates with gray , black and beige dominant colors , in order to ensure harmony and timelessness . The choice of furniture of high aesthetics is extremely important as together with natural materials such as wood in various shades and luxurious fabrics such as velvet compose an original aesthetic result .

The carefully selected furniture appears as the protagonists of the setting and in particular the imposing blue sofa in the living room is a pop up touch in the neutral color palette . The kitchen is designed in minimalist lines,  since the clean space with correct proportions and strong color contrasts  are what characterize it.The black background makes the eye focus on the monolithic island , which follows the basic design principles , while on the contrary, the wooden floor smooths out the coldness of the colors prevailing on the walls.

The staircase , which harmonizes with the minimal mood of the apartment, is designed as "quietly" as possible without closing the space. Metal construction with distinctive geometric bars makes the transition from dynamic to peaceful space smooth.Wet spaces lined with large size tiles , matte black faucets and wooden flooring create an atmosphere of elegance. In the pool area, which is another highlight of the apartment , tiles imitating stone and pebbles were placed in the pool , aiming for the feeling of a familiar environment.Finally, clean forms and the quality of details are the key words of the design to create an environment that exudes harmony and balance and expresses the modern needs of the owner.
