Pavillion House, lovingly created by Nina Maya Interiors and Maya Sternberg Architects, is a vacation home for designer Nina Maya and her family. The house feels seamless, offering a sense of relaxation, calm and Zen.

The house is located in the northern Sydney suburb of Avalon, a stunning coastal town just a stone's throw from the beach, an ideal place to live and a wonderful holiday destination.

This home is introduced as a Zen-like oasis retreat, and upon arrival there is an immediate resort-like, relaxing feeling. When people open the door, there is an incredible sense of space, land and privacy, and the outside world seems to disappear here.

The architecture of the house is of the gazebo style. The reason that attracts Nina Maya here is that the structure of the building is very reasonable. It has a clean layout.

Entering the pavilion, you first see the kitchen and dining room, then the living room, and then the bedroom and bathroom. As the interior designer's own holiday home, the residence brings a luxury living experience influenced by hotel design from around the world. A seamless connection between the indoor and outdoor Spaces is achieved through doors stacked on either side.
