Time Memoirs

Years of scratch floating croucher, with thousands of love long, see what you eat, who for a first appearance. Return time is like wandering, but generally do not know where to go to the end. Old memory returns eye, eaves at the beginning of light suddenly appear, a pot of food a stool a chair, taste just sound heart trend.

The clock of time travel starts from the opposite direction with a uniform speed. The fragments of memory enter into meditation under the touch of the taste buds. The picture goes back to the memories of the 1980s and 1990s. The simple taste of food is the beauty in memory and the scale line in time. Taste memories, let the United States more than a taste. A dream in memory, is about the taste of waiting, the flow of time did not fade left the mark. The old shops, the early shops, the noisy bazaars, the ringing of bicycles, and after the boom, everything is quiet again. When the traces left behind in a hurry, usually gone, when the aftertaste, all the past is precious.  

I have been a friend of Party A for many years, who has been deeply rooted in the catering industry for decades. However, I am still recalling the simple pursuit of food taste in the late 1980s and early 1990s. The smell in my memory is very kind. For food taste the same view, initiation savor design inspiration, let me to memory after 80, terrazzo floor, furniture smell of old wood, black and white photos, dusk dim the sun play on old-fashioned radios, out of the window to the smell of cooking, simple and unadorned scene gradually surfaced in my mind. In chaoshan cuisine culture, there has always been a tradition of seasonal selection of food materials, and the old concept of natural selection of food has gradually been forgotten. I still remember a fishing song from my childhood. For this region that relies on the sea for food, it more reflects the old concept of simple and natural people.
