Formafatal Studio is located in Prague, Czech Republic and was founded by architect Dagmar Štěpánová as a creative studio dedicated to architecture, interior design, exhibition installations and stage design.

The individual approach to each project is based on mutual understanding, enthusiasm, natural cooperation and unified conceptual solutions with the client.
Formafatal handles projects from creative concepts to implementation, with a focus on detail. In addition to their love of design and creative process, they like to travel, do not like to be disappointed with food, like sports, need freedom, music is very loud.
