Located in São Paulo, just steps from Ibirapuera Park, this 515 m² home unfolds across four floors. The project began with the need to reorganize the spaces to suit the family’s new chapter, prioritizing generous social areas designed for connection, affection, and shared moments.

Upon approach, the eye is welcomed by the harmonious composition of the façade. Materials, though distinct in texture, converse in a shared palette of earthy tones, creating a serene, cohesive, and unique identity. Materiality was a central focus of the design: natural, timeless elements were chosen to bring lightness and warmth to the spaces. Wooden window frames, accented with planter boxes, emerge as delicate gestures that integrate nature and architecture, already revealing from the outside the intention of a sensitive living experience, deeply connected to its surroundings and to the passing of time.

Vegetation is not confined to the garden, it climbs the façade, slips through the windows, and projects itself as a living landscape into the bedrooms. There is a subtle invitation to pause and contemplate from the very first encounter with the house.

Crossing the threshold, circulation flows naturally, fluid, intuitive, and uncomplicated. The reconfiguration of spaces redefines daily life, transforming once underused areas into vibrant settings for family interaction.

The furniture plays a starring role: iconic pieces from renowned Brazilian modernist designers coexist with works by emerging talents, alongside two exclusive creations by VOA Arquitetura, the Alvorada dining table and the Remanso coffee table, reinforcing the singular and personal character of the project.
