We received a new apartment in a modern residential complex in Chelyabinsk. The developer’s layout did not meet the clients’ needs, so we created a new, well-balanced architectural space that is both functional and comfortable.

The clients are a young, active, and very beautiful family with a child and a dog. They are hedonists who love life and are always on the move. Buying this apartment became a milestone for them: a beautiful home in one of the best complexes, with a breathtaking view of a pine forest. They came to us inspired, with shining eyes and a strong desire to create their dream interior.

The heart of the apartment is the kitchen, around which the whole composition of the kitchen-living area is built. The central element is the island, seamlessly integrated with the dining table into a single composition. One exclusive feature is the custom sockets, designed according to our own know-how. The clients found a reference where, instead of standard outlets on the backsplash, integrated sockets were made from the same stone as the backsplash. This solution is not common: it’s difficult to find specialists for such work, and the cost is high.
