Il Sereno Lake Como is a hotel located in Italy designed by local design studio Patricia Urquiola. The lake and mountains are set in the background by floor-to-ceiling Windows on both sides of the hotel, which also overlooks them. Lake Como has 30 suites and it reinterprets the rationalism of Giuseppe Terragni's Casa del Fascio.

Inspired by the structure of the cabin, the studio added adjustable wooden panels that guests can move to create an ever-changing hotel facade. The aim is to create a space with beautiful and harmonious natural surroundings.Materials are natural, mostly local: Pietra di Fossena for the pavement, Ceppo Lombardo for the facade and some interiors.
