BH Architects has created a striking image and Mim Design has taken on the interior, experimenting with shadows, light and form to create a noble sense of home.

The scale and form of the building and its dramatic coastal views inspire a narrative around the connection between landscape, occupants and interior spaces. Throughout, the interior responds visually to the natural form of the seascape, reflecting ripples, waves and undulating sand. A generous open staircase features a gentle curvature, while circular partitions subtly roll into the ceiling space. Neutral, soapy finishes flow from space to space.

Additional entertainment and lifestyle spaces, including a gym and sauna, wine room and kitchen, are carefully composed on the lower floors with a deeper immersive tactile finish. In addition to this, expansive common areas unfold towards the pool and landscaping, promoting indoor/outdoor entertaining and providing expansive elevated views across the bay.

In the master suite bathroom, a freestanding tub and curved shower base reinforce the organic form of the home, gently hugging the occupants of the space. Guest rooms, including triple bunk rooms, offer plenty of space for visiting guests.
