Studio Masquespacio has unveiled their project for a university apartment in Bilbao, Spain. The project was previously initiated when Greystar Group-Resa, a leading company specialising in student accommodation, commissioned Masquespacio to develop a visual strategy for its future residence, with the aim of achieving a unified aesthetic for the newly built apartments.

With regard to design, the project began with a clear definition to find creative solutions that could accommodate a limited budget. Masquespacio was therefore involved in the early stages of the building's construction, when it was decided to keep all the pipes visible while choosing the finishes for walls such as the original brick and concrete floors to avoid installing other materials. In this way, the modern and industrial look is created with a sense of colour that makes Resa Sanmames come alive and interesting.

Last, to be highlighted, is the design for the terrace for which the color blocking was used again both for the flooring and the walls as well as on the furniture to create the same strong visual impact for the outside.
