1NUL8 Le Bistro is where French charm meets contemporary design in a space that feels both refined and relaxed. Designed by Lotte Faassen x Studio De Blieck, this modern bistro was shaped around atmosphere, rhythm, and elegance, carefully considered down to the smallest detail, and designed to shift naturally with the rhythm of the day.

The design is built around a sculptural rhythm of lines. From the sculptural pillar at the center, crafted in collaboration with Dofine, to the soft, curved sofas custom made by Leta Meubelen, the striped outdoor marquises, and even the subtle waves in the menu design, everything flows in gentle, sculptural motion. The result is an interior that feels serene and understated, yet confident in its simplicity.

The layout was driven by the idea of fluid transitions within a relatively compact footprint. As you enter, your eye is drawn to the bar, expertly crafted by Timmermeester, which transitions effortlessly into high dining benches and then gradually softens into a lower, more intimate dining area. Each zone carries its own ambiance, yet remains part of a unified whole, connected through curved forms, rounded edges, and a seamless sense of flow. Wine coolers are subtly integrated into the bar, reinforcing the multifunctional nature of the space, equally suited for morning coffee, leisurely lunches, early drinks, or full-course dinners.
