Jewelry brand Simuero introduces Casa Simuero, its new workshop and studio in Valencia, designed in collaboration with Form Estudio. Housed within a protected two-story residence, the project brings together workshop, offices, and showroom in a space that embodies craftsmanship, heritage, and the brand’s core values.

Founded by Rocío Gallardo and Jorge Ros, Simuero is known for its handcrafted jewelry that celebrates imperfection and organic forms. With Casa Simuero, located in the historic neighborhood of Patraix, the brand has created a 230 m² space that reflects this philosophy. Designed by Form Estudio, the project honors the handmade, the authentic, and the timeless.

The layout centers around a central patio that floods the interiors with natural light and strengthens the connection to the outdoors. The ground floor houses the workshop, kitchen, and an appointment-only showroom, while the upper level is dedicated to offices and meeting rooms. Materiality plays a central role: warm woods, robust steel, terracotta flooring, and lime-based paints come together to create a tactile, grounded atmosphere that highlights the handcrafted essence of the brand.

Collaboration is central to the project’s identity. The interior woodwork was handled by Oven, who designed and handmade every wooden element. They also integrated pieces from their own collection—such as tables and lamps—along with a solid iroko wood kitchen. Oven also brought to life the iconic fuchsia table on wheels, one of the space’s most striking pieces, conceived in both form and color by Rocío and Jorge during a recent trip to Mexico. Artisan Pablo Bolumar designed the beeswax chandelier at the entrance, while Estudio Vernís created both the star-shaped lamp and the custom washbasins.

Danish design brand FRAMA contributed furniture and metal elements—including chairs, wall lights, and a stainless-steel cabinet—adding a contemporary layer that complements the artisanal work. Together, these collaborations enhance the depth and authenticity of the space, echoing the spirit of Simuero.

The atmosphere of Casa Simuero reflects the organic qualities of the brand’s jewelry: texture, rhythm, light, and raw materiality are present in every detail. “We wanted to create a space that reflects our creative process—slow, artisanal, and deeply meaningful,” explain founders Rocío Gallardo and Jorge Ros. Beyond serving as a daily workspace for design and production, Casa Simuero also welcomes clients for unique experiences, including custom jewelry design for special occasions. Ultimately, it is a place where creation, memory, and community converge.
