Located in a protected historic building in Madrid’s iconic Justicia neighborhood, the residence blends the charm of the city’s architectural heritage with a contemporary interior design tailored for modern living. The layout has been carefully designed to balance social and private spaces, featuring two expansive living areas, an elegant office, three ensuite bedrooms, as well as two kitchens and service areas that enhance both functionality and comfort.

A key transformation in the project was the addition of a secondary kitchen, strategically placed near the social areas to facilitate entertaining and improve the flow of daily life. This thoughtful intervention enhances the home’s practicality without compromising its classical essence.

The selection of furniture masterfully blends past and present, featuring a refined mix of antiques, design classics, and exclusive pieces from our Febrero Shop Collection. As well we reused many pieces belonging to the client. This fusion of styles results in a sophisticated and timeless atmosphere, where history and contemporary design coexist in perfect harmony.

Every detail of the project, from the choice of materials to the arrangement of elements, has been carefully curated to create a unique and elegant ambiance. This intervention pays tribute to Madrid’s architectural legacy while adapting it to a modern and sophisticated lifestyle.
