The Prosolia Headquarters presented the challenge of creating a 1,000 sqm workspace for 70 employees in a space with low ceilings and over 80 closely spaced pillars. However, one of the façades of this “concrete forest” offers a panoramic view over the Turia Gardens in Valencia.
After carefully defining the client’s needs, the solution was to insert large, custom-designed worktables between the columns, freeing up the rest of the gaps to allow free movement within the pillar forest.
Meeting and executive rooms are located on the garden-facing façade—also the most frequently visited by clients—along with the reception and waiting areas. The opposite wing houses workstations, internal meeting rooms, scooter and bike parking, and phone booths.
Between the two wings lies a large multipurpose dining hall, which doubles as an auditorium for internal company meetings thanks to bleachers running along one side.
Given the low ceilings, all mechanical and electrical installations—including HVAC, ventilation, electrical and data systems—are left exposed. This technical solution adds aesthetic value, creating a youthful and technological atmosphere enhanced by raw materials such as stainless steel, spray insulation ceilings, and natural timber.
This cool, raw palette is balanced by bold colors—orange and yellow upholstery, abundant greenery, and vibrant shared areas that inject life and energy into the space.
Acoustic comfort was a priority. Carpets, textured ceiling treatments, upholstered surfaces, greenery, and double-glazed partitions all work together to reduce noise and improve the work environment.
