Titul Apartment is a recently completed work by Babayants Architects, also located in Moscow, with an area of only 87 square meters. The large area of Windows maximizes the lighting while effectively bringing the outdoor urban landscape into the interior, which has become the biggest advantage of the house. The balance of warm and cold tones inside simplifies the complex mix, which is different from previous design projects, but shows a unique charm, making it different. 

Babayants Architects, from Moscow, Russia, founded his eponymous design studio in 2014 with the aim of providing a unique approach to contemporary living. The purpose and evolution of the design, all with the actor as the main target, in line with the current trend, pay attention to the personalized needs, so as to enhance and improve the living environment of modern people.
