      The 150-acre Greenwich Peninsula stretches 1.6 miles along the Thames and is adjacent to the O2 Concert Hall, which can develop 16,000 residential units (4000 of which are government rooms), 2 new schools, and 3.5 million square feet of commercial floors.       The developer of the project is the Hong Kong Knight Dragon Group and the owner is Dr. Zheng Jiachun (the Zheng family). The group's past development projects include the Knights Bridge in London.

      On June 19, 2012, Zheng Jiachun spent 60 million pounds through a private investment company, Knight Dragon, and converted it to about 5.47 billion Hong Kong dollars to obtain a 60% interest in the Greenwich Peninsula project on the Thames in southern London.

There are seven communities in the Greenwich Peninsula, and one of them is the Upper Riverside.       Five high-rise beachfront residential towers will increase from O2 to Emirates. Building 5 will be located 102 meters south of the site, while Building 1 will be located near O2 and will reach 70 meters (21 floors). The Highlands meet the limits set by the Civil Aviation Authority to ensure the safety of aircraft activities at nearby city airports. At Upper Riverside, the building is no more than 115 meters in the north and no more than 109 meters in the south.       Upper Riverside's magnificent glass and stone façade was created by SOM Architects and the landscape consultant is Gross Max Landscape Architects. Architects describe the corners of a building as creating a personal living space full of individuality.       Each of Upper Riverside's buildings has a subtle, unique glass and stone façade that creates an amazing translucent illusion as the angle changes externally. The stepped geometry creates an unusual light and double view of the apartment.       The developer plans to build Buildings 1 and 2 in the first phase of development, providing 464 new homes, which were completed in March 2015 and are expected to be completed in March 2018. The second phase of construction, of which 543 houses will be completed, the buildings provided in buildings 3, 4 and 5 will begin in June 2016 and are expected to take nearly four years to be completed in May 2020.       In April 2015, Tom Dixon designed the “Limited Edition High Concept Design Apartment” series for the first time, with 35 apartments located in Building 2. After the sale of all 35 furnished apartments in the first edition, the developer released the remaining private apartments in the first two buildings on March 3, 2016. The remaining 95 private apartments in Building 1 (130 in total) and 194 private apartments in Building 2. Recently, Building 3 has also been listed.
