Danish high-end shoe brand Notabene has opened the doors to the world of shoemaking with its newly designed concept store in central Copenhagen. Norm Architects completely redesigned Notabene's retail experience space, where design practice unfolds in this large, creative space around all product offerings in shoe design and shoe care.

The design intent was to create a retail space similar to an artist's studio, displaying shoes as a work of art in a versatile and harmonious space. The stimulating collision of style, form and tactility creates a dynamic space that embodies the essence of Notabene as a brand Classic and innovative, refined and powerful, refined and raw. In this way, the new concept store tells the story of a traditional shoe brand moving forward.
